The Website Design Process
We want you to know how get things done at Upper Left. Our systematic approach to design is collaborative and includes the following:
Phase One: We’ll conduct an Intake Call – an interview – to get to know you, your business, and objectives. During the call, we’ll determine the type of content that should be on your website, the voice for your story, the right Call to Action, and other important factors that will help us marry design, navigation, and copy for a great user experience.
Phase Two: We will create some design options, beginning with the Home Page, for you to review. You’ll be able to go through each design and collaborate with us by providing input on what you love and what you’d like to see changed. All of our designs are responsive to function seamlessly across all devices: desktop, tablets and mobile.
Phase Three: Once you choose a Home Page design, we’ll design some inside pages for you to review. We can either write all the content or you can provide us with the content – it’s up to you!
Phase Four: We’re off to developing and coding the entire site. We’ll take your completed concept and turn it into a working website. Once completed, we’ll provide you with a private URL for previewing and testing your new site.
